Our History

Candesic was conceived during the technology crash by Leonid Shapiro, who identified the need for applying top talent to client’s problems in a more flexible and cost effective way than traditional consultancies. Together with former colleagues from McKinsey, Leonid put together a team of top performing experienced consultants from a variety of top firms, applying the best of each firm’s approach to solving client problems.

Our firm started operating out of London in 2002 and quickly developed relationships with major international clients. We opened an office in Paris in 2004 and in Madrid in 2007 to meet the growing international demand for our services. Today, Candesic is made up of 15 professionals and manages a pool of 150 experts and consultants trained at the best firms.
