 Brief for Consultants
Candesic is a consulting company made up of former consultants
from major strategy firms. In addition, Candesic welcomes
experts, with or without strategy consulting background.
Candesic consultants have access to and help build the Candesic
expert network. Unlike captive industry experts employed
by traditional consulting firms, Candesic uses experts
who are employed full-time in industry who have agreed
to consult to and for Candesic on an ad hoc basis. This
enables our consultants to tap expert advice not easily
available to others, and ensures this advice is never ‘academic’.
Joining
Candesic
You may consider joining us as a consultant and/or as an
expert.
Candesic is looking for full-time and part-time consultants
and experts to join it's dynamic team.
Full-time consultants are those who can dedicate, when a project
requires, 100% of their time to an engagement. Part-time
consultants are those who are willing to consult on an ad-hoc
basis that could range from a one hour telephone call to
a full-day workshop with a client. Part-time consultants are
compensated for their time using an agreed rate and charged
to the client the same way as full-time consultant’s
fees.
Membership is not automatic. Candesic and Candesic consultants
rigorously review potential consultants/experts for a high
standard of experience, performance, and integrity. However,
most former top-tier consultants in good standing should
have no problem in joining.
