After our discussions, our team will give you their view on your issues and explore ways you could consider addressing them. If the discussions progress in a useful manner, we will propose an engagement plan and discuss fees with you.

As a small consultancy operating a unique business model, we are not bound to cover costly overheads. We therefore often have the freedom to enter flexible charging arrangements such as equity and contingency more freely than traditional firms.
