EXPERT ADVICE Candesic is made up of focused consultants and industry experts who actively keep up-to-date on their industry sector. Our consultants have deep sectorial knowledge gained from many years of experience. Our experts, unlike those of other firms, are not employed by us. Instead, they are employed by a wide range of organizations in their industry or are independent researchers/analysts. This gives Candesic a more objective and diversified view of an industry and the ability to tackle client problems without relying on codified data and captive experts to address a client’s unique problem. Additionally, our model highly motivates our consultants to perform exceptionally on whatever project they work on. Candesic consultants are highly creative and flexible in their approach and are particularly suited to solving complex client-specific problems. Many large consultancies use standardised approaches to engagements, which are useful to clients only in certain situations (i.e. where the problem is easily compartmentalised). Candesic fees are straightforward —you pay only for the people you work with. Since Candesic consultants are compensated solely on a project basis, your fees do not crosssubsidise underutilised consultants or deadweight practices’. Candesic provides its consultants with the infrastructure of a traditional firm, however it has variablised the highest cost of a consulting firm, salaries. Whilst good expert advice is never a bargain-basement proposition, we feel that we can offer the best value-for-money service in the market.
